Your Role and Responsibilities
Leads a project team as PM for delivering a solution to the client as per terms and conditions for the project according to the SOW/ contract. Responsible for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables. Leads project through project management techniques and approach like garage method for cloud, design thinking, agile delivery model. Leads delivery team and interfaces with Client PM and other stakeholders.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• Scrum Mastery: understanding of Scrum principles, practices, and ceremonies, and ability to effectively facilitate and coach the Scrum team in adopting and adhering to Scrum framework.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders including Product Owners, Development Teams, and Business Leaders, ensuring alignment of priorities, expectations, and goals.
• Continuous Improvement: Commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging experimentation, feedback, and adaptation to drive incremental enhancements in processes and practices.
• Risk Management: Proactive identification and mitigation of risks and dependencies that may impact the team's ability to deliver, working closely with the team to develop contingency plans and mitigating strategies.
• Technical Understanding: Understanding of the technology stack being used by the team (Java, ETL, AWS Glue, Postgres), to facilitate discussions, clarify technical requirements, and support the team in delivering high-quality software.
• Empirical Process Control: Promotion of empiricism within the team, encouraging data-driven decision-making, experimentation, and adaptation based on feedback and insights gained from Sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Adaptability and Resilience: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, requirements, and constraints, and resilience to overcome setbacks and challenges encountered during the project lifecycle, maintaining focus on team empowerment and continuous improvement.
• Team Facilitation: Skill in facilitating productive Scrum ceremonies such as Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives, ensuring collaboration, transparency, and accountability within the team.
• Agile Coaching: Experience in coaching team members and stakeholders on Agile principles and practices, promoting Agile mindset and helping the team overcome challenges and embrace Agile values.
• Conflict Resolution: Skill in recognizing and resolving conflicts within the team or bet.
