Your Role and Responsibilities
The SAP SuccessFactors Program Manager plays a critical role in managing the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the SAP SuccessFactors platform for our client's human capital management functions. This individual will lead cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize processes within the platform, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. The SAP SuccessFactors Program Manager will also serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to stakeholders regarding best practices, functionality, and troubleshooting issues. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and maintaining SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and influence cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies preferred
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- 7+ years of experience managing SAP SuccessFactors Implementations
