Introduction
In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

As a Package Consultant at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients' business environment and achieve business results.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their transportation management requirements and provide customized SAP TM solutions.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP TM modules to optimize transportation processes and enhance visibility.
• Handle requirements analysis, functional design, system configuration, unit testing, system integration test & support and hyper-care activities.
• Assist in defining and executing test plans to ensure successful SAP TM implementation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP TM configurations and integrations.

• Must have 5+ years of experience in SAP TM
• Minimum 2 End to End Implementations and at least 2 Support Projects.
• Good knowledge of Supply Chain process and retail business value drivers.
• Good working knowledge of Freight Order Management, Forwarding Order Management, Transportation planning, ERP Logistics Integration, Transportation Network, Charge calculation, Freight Agreement, Tendering.
• Leadership skills with ability to influence and negotiate internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams/stakeholders in an international and fast-moving environment.
• Must have worked on SAP TM integrates with other SAP modules like WM/EWM/S4 HANA/GTS/Yard Logistics to manage supply chain and logistics.
• Strong analytical skills, result-oriented paired with highly structured working style and good sense of responsibility, flexibility, and team player.
