Your Role and Responsibilities
- Acceptance, Validation, Prioritization, Implementation and Documentation of Service Request
- Acceptance, Audit, Risk Analysis, Approval, Realization, Review of Change Requests
- Acceptance, Diagnosis, Escalation, Troubleshooting (incl. in customizing), coordination of solution and documentation of Incident Requests
- Release Planning, Test and Implementation
- Customizing and documentation of SAP modules/ SAP transactions
- Monitoring of Application Operation
- Documentation and Knowledge Management (maintenance of operation manual, how-to, procedures, knowledge records)
- Archiving (definition, implementation and monitoring of archiving jobs)
- Debugging for AMS/ Consultantross-functional global team to ensure customer success in an agile environment
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Relevant working experience in any of the mentioned SAP modules (PP, QM, PLM). SAP AMS 2nd/3rd Level or SAP consultant /1-2 years for Junior 3-5 years for Senior
- Job Scheduling in SAP or external tool
- SAP transport management (Solman or any relevant)
- Data aggregation (SQVI)
- ITIL Foundation
- Good communication and collaboration, client facing
- Proactive, self-starter
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- German B2/C1
- Previous transition experience
- ABAB knowledge (SAP Script, SAP Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, SAP Fiori)
- Experience with month/year end closing process in different modules
