Your Role and Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and implementation of SAP solutions for simplicity, amplification, and maintainability
- Work from strategy development to solution implementation using your knowledge of SAP and working with the latest technologies such as S/4Hana
- Partner with a cross-functional global team to ensure customer success in an agile environment
- Gather and analyze business requirements for SAP PM/CS solutions
- Design, configure, and implement SAP PM/CS processes
- Provide end-to-end support for the entire life cycle of SAP PM/CS projects
- Work closely with other SAP modules to ensure seamless integration
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure solution effectiveness
- Conduct user training and create documentation on the use of SAP PM/CS functionalities
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for SAP PM/CS modules
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize financial reporting and cost controlling processes

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) Preferably Engineering
• Minimum 5 years SAP implementation experience - ideally implementation and delivery experience (delivering the
design documents, configuration of the system, delivering the testing and training deliverables etc.)
• At least one S/4 HANA full lifecycle project
• At least 5 years of experience in SAP PM/CS module implementation and support
• Understanding of the agile implementation patterns
• Strong understanding and expertise in the SAP PM/CS area (Preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance,
Shutdowns, Refurbishment)
• Proficiency in integration topics
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of the team
• Strong understanding of SAP PM/PS modules and their integration with other SAP modules
• Proven ability to analyze business requirements and design effective SAP PM/CS solutions
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Manufacturing projects/companies
• Fluent English - both written and verbal
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- German language knowledge
- Be skilled in working with cross-functional teams
- SAP certification or SAP special training in the relevant functional areas
