Your role and responsibilities
- Identify objectives and targets to manage and improve operating processes, including change management, delivery and release management, and test management:
• Identifying, positioning and recommending targets for improvement

• Monitoring the market to identify innovative and emerging solutions
• Developing an action plan to achieve objectives
• Ensuring that the plan is implemented through regular monitoring of the activities to be carried out.
- Ensure technological integration of the SAP solution in production and development by :
• Participating in architecture meetings to assess the impact of solutions proposed or to be implemented
• Acting as coordinator of the committee responsible for managing change requests (deviations from the solution)
• Acting as a tactical advisor by evaluating and analyzing change requests while minimizing their impact on the solution in production and development and on the change implementation process
• Supporting the various teams to ensure the consistency and quality of the technological solution in place or to be implemented
• Analyzing the relevance of the recommendations of the quality assurance reviews carried out by the publisher of the solution(s) in the Company's technological context, and making recommendations
• Analyzing the potential impacts of activities originating from the Company's legacy systems, including the solution in production and in development, and their impact on the implementation of changes
• Acting as team representative at integration meetings, scrimmages and other coordinating bodies, and communicating with VPEN teams as appropriate
• Acting as a consultant and content provider for technology integration
• Acting as a change management consultant for the SAP solution in production
• Taking charge of or collaborating on various projects requiring SAP technology integration expertise
• Acting as a consultant to support the SAP Digital Solutions Deployment Manager in decision-making and managing integration activities.
- Act as a consultant to the test team by :
• Supporting the SAP Digital Solutions Test Manager in decision-making and managing integration activities
• Participating in the development of test strategies and proposing different approaches to be favored.
- Act as a consultant for the various SAP operating processes by:
• Supporting SAP solution teams in decision-making and managing integration activities
• Making connections between various VPEN files or teams
• Carrying out or coordinating any other related tasks within its responsibilities.

Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
• Fluent French Language
• 12 years IT experience
• 12 years' experience in various areas of the SAP world
• Over the past eight (8) years, have completed a minimum of 4 years carrying out the activities and deliverables listed above for this profile, in organizations of comparable scope to that of the Company.
• Flexibility in working hours
