Your Role and Responsibilities
- You will work as a senior SAP S4 HANA FICO consultant in a global team
- Working with team members to analyze, plan, design, develop and implement solutions to meet strategic, reliability, control and security requirements.
- Advice business on SAP recommended business process and functionalities
- Looking for improvement opportunities in business systems
- Application support and training of end users
- Cooperating with consultants from other modules and technologies.
- Ability to work with End to End business process including third party systems
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Having good consultancy skills is crucial for this position!
- Strong experience in SAP FICO implementation and customization. Hands on experience with S4 Hana is considered beneficial.
- Proficiency in financial accounting, reporting, and controlling processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Deep knowledge of the financial processes in GL,AP,AR, AA and CO modules
- Working experience in Agile way of working and Business consulting
- Knowledge on SAP procurement.
- SAP REFX knowledge is an added advantage
- Working experience with Onsite / Offshore model
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Good communication skills (Oral and written) in English .
