Your Role and Responsibilities
As an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant at IBM, you will play a critical role in driving large-scale change for our clients transformation initiatives. You will develop and deliver an end-to-end change management program from strategy and planning to execution, focusing on user adoption and learning to help clients create the enterprise of the future.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading delivery efforts for each facet of the OCM program, including Stakeholder Analysis and Communication, Change Impact identification and mitigation planning, Journey Mapping, Readiness Assessments, Organization/Operating Model Alignment, Job-Role Mapping, End User Training strategy/material development/delivery, User Adoption tracking and management, and Value Realization
Developing and implementing readiness assessments and strategies to ensure clients are prepared for change and can achieve maximum value from their investments
Collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and developing tailored OCM solutions that drive business outcomes and deliver value
Facilitating Executive Alignment workshops to clarify business transformation vision and scope, case for change, and program governance model
Defining, developing, and driving the execution of the overall OCM strategy based on the business transformation program vision
Developing and delivering training programs to support end-user adoption and learning
Conducting Change Impact assessments to identify key changes that will impact the organization
Developing and managing the OCM program solution and staffing for sales effort
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver the OCM program

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
5+ years providing OCM solutions in support of enterprise applications programs (preferably SAP, and Oracle)
Experience with application of GenAI technology and Agile and Design Thinking methodologies
Large organization change management program leadership experience
Experience managing offshore teams
Knowledge of web-based training development solutions and application of adult learning principles
Ability to mentor, coach, and upskill others
Proven track record of delivering OCM solutions that drive business outcomes and deliver value to clients

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
7+ years of combined experience in OCM and Training
At least 1 year experience with Agile and Design Thinking Methodologies
Experience working with offshore teams and leveraging GenAI
Certification in Organizational Change Management methodologies (e.g., Prosci or similar)
* Master's degree in Business, Learning, Communications, Organization Behavior, Organization Development, or similar field
