Your primary responsibilities include:

Innovative Salesforce CRM Solutions: Collaborate with clients and development team to design and implement creative solutions with Salesforce CRM Applications.
Strategic Consulting and Functional Leadership: Use your consulting skills and business knowledge to lead functional discussions to understand client's business challenges and address them with solution architecture.
Architectural Best Practices Advocacy: Establish and promote with internal teams the design and architecture guidelines and best practice standards.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Required Professional and Technical Expertise**
Hands On experience with implementing enterprise CRM technical solution, including all aspects of configuration, customization, and integration out of which at least 6 years are on Salesforce
Hands on leading advanced technical and/or business consultative services to the client and building technical and integration specification documentation.
design and development utilizing the Salesforce Field Service
hands-on development utilizing the programmatic framework of the Force.com Platform including Mobile, SSO, API's, web services, and integration to enterprise systems.
+ Exposure to Web Services, Soap & REST APIs, and integrations with various third-party tools
+ Able to custom build using JavaScript, AngularJS, JSON Scripting, HTML, CSS, Lightning, VisualForce, SOQL/SOSL, and Apex.
+ Professional experience in a test-driven and formal QA development environment
+ Familiarity in Salesforce Sharing Visibility and Access models
+ Excellent understanding of object-oriented design patterns especially those pertinent to Apex

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Knowledge of Agile development practices, particularly scrum and sprint-based delivery
+ Able to interact effectively with customers, and stay focused on customer objectives
+ Adaptable to changing requirements, changing schedules
+ Ability and desire to participate in project planning and scoping, both in a project kickoff role as well as a pre-sales role
+ Willingness to communicate project exceptions (e.g. slipping schedules) to project manager
+ Experience with Version Control Systems (especially Git-based) preferred
+ Familiarity with Jira and/or other Agile Lifecycle Management tools preferred
+ Familiarity with Salesforce DX a plus
+ Familiarity with AutoRABIT and/or other Continuous Integration tools a plus'
