Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Resource Delivery Manager, you will ensure the right resources with the right skills are available to meet our client commitments. In this role, you will manage, direct and plan staffing for the client projects by working with the local management team to assign resources who have the appropriate capabilities and required skills to be an effective contributor to a specific client project. To ensure consistent methods for staffing, you'll work to design and scale repeatable processes that will ensure long term client satisfaction and organizational profits. As a member of fast pace, client focused team, you'll collaborate with colleagues to optimize and trailblaze new solutions that address real business challenges.

  • Resource Assignment: Defining and executing processes and standards for resource assignment in your assigned territory.
  • Aligning Team Skills with Forecasting: Collaborating with teams to align with a long-term view of skills needs and skill gaps needed in the organization based on project forecasting.
  • Resource Allocation Analysis and Recommendations: Reporting, analysing and recommending solutions for balancing resource over allocation vs resources that are underutilized by applying your knowledge of skills requirements and the Resource Deployment Life.
  • Pre-Project Planning: Establishing best practice for pre-project planning (supporting the creation of the Work breakdown structure and staffing plans).
  • Relationship Building and Influencing: Developing and influencing relationships with all levels of an organization- from engineers to CxOs- with experience of navigating challenging debate to reach health resolution.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Resource Manager to support the business needs and customer satisfaction goals through effective and efficient utilization of the workforce.
  • Works with regional and local business leads to discuss the current and pipeline demands to plan the staffing actions based on the required skills and timeline.
  • Efficient Capacity planning to ensure the availability of right talent and required skills to support the critical business demands across all the Products and business platforms.
  • Strong coordination with technical leadership to work out the enablement plan to train/ upskill/cross skill the talent pool for planned staffing and employee's individual growth.
  • Complete governance on consultant's workload, utilization, and overtime hours to plan the right actions to achieve the KPIs against the set targets.
  • Documentation and governance of key metrics for Demand & Supply tracking, resource utilization, bench report, revenue leakages, Headcount, attrition etc.
  • Strategic planning of resources rotations with long tenure (18 months and more) on an engagement while ensuring least disruption on project continuity and success with right replacements and ramp up plan. .
  • Timesheet compliance to support the timely invoicing with all the required submission and approvals.
  • Tracking and governance of skills, CVs, and certifications to ensure continuous consultant growth, with any required operational support.
  • Coordination with other departments (Talent acquisition, Procurement, HR, Finance and Mobility) to have strong understanding on the internal processes and policies.

  • Demonstrated knowledge and skill for managing resource allocation across many technical disciplines for services-oriented client engagements
