Your Role and Responsibilities
High Level Record to Report
- Engaging actively in client workshops to gather insights and collaboratively define As IS and TO Be Process including transformation roadmap
- Collaborate with clients to identify and address RTR challenges
- Provide guidance on RTR processes, including golden/ standard process and controls and providing input how to improve maturity of process and performing benchmarking and analysis

- Conducting analyses of existing procedures compared to standards in designing To Be Process
- Develop L4/L5 process maps to document and improve RTR processes
- Identify and address process gaps and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance RTR efficiency and effectiveness including process reengineering, transformation, and automation
- Perform data and process analysis to assess the current maturity of RTR operations
- Compare the results against industry benchmarks to identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure their needs are met
- Influence stakeholders to achieve business objectives and improve RTR processes
- Establish yourself as a thought leader and trusted expert in the RTR space
- Lead and engage client discussions to agree on final solution, and process design
- Managing intricate change programs and collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement process changes
- Prompt resolution of urgent matters accompanied by risk mitigation action plan.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver projects on time and with quality
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in RTR, preferably in a financial services or outsourcing or shared services environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in SME capacity
- Proven expertise in RTR processes (Journal Entries, Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Month-End Close activities, Intercompany Accounting, Fixed Assets, Financial Planning and Analysis, Audit support, Statutory support, Financial Statement preparation, reporting and analysis)
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards
- Preferably Certified Public Accountant or equivalent academic background like BS in Accountancy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong stakeholder management and influence skills
- Ability to interact and manage multiple customers and cross-functional teams
- Strong data analysis and process improvement skills
- Ability to develop and implement solutions to improve RTR processes
- Strong project management skills, including leading and engaging client discussions and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Preferably at least 10 years of experience in Record to Report (RTR)
- Experience in designing and implementing CI or transformation projects in RTR
- Adept in systems (SAP, Getpaid/ARCollect)
