Your Role and Responsibilities

• Work as member of a team to provide application support services to a Tier 1 application
• Train other team members on the Passport application component (both onshore and offshore)
• Engage with client to address issues concerning the application
• Analyze and resolve incidents/problems reported in a timely manner
• Review incident trends and identify/implement fixes to reduce incidents
• Maintain application documentation
