Your Role and Responsibilities
This is for a 2025 summer internship with the following start dates: May - August or June - September for quarter system schools.

Advancing the entire quantum computing technology stack and exploring applications to make quantum broadly usable and accessible.
Collaborate with others in a research and development environment, participate in executive speaker series, and showcase effective problem-solving skills.
Researching experiences in quantum computing, quantum simulation, quantum chemistry, quantum information or related areas.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university, studying Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with Git and/or GitHub.
  • Experience programming in Python.
  • Interest in quantum computing

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Exposure to the Qiskit quantum computing framework or experience with other quantum development tools.
  • Demonstrated passion for working on personal projects, with a GitHub portfolio showcasing some of the personal works. Or to contribute to open-source projects.
  • Recognition as a Qiskit Advocate or completion of IBM Quantum Developer certification.
