Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborative Development: Work closely with Architects, DevOps Engineers, site operations, product executives, and Offering Managers in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary squad environment.
- Employee Engagement: Drive developer and employee engagement through customized programs and initiatives to create an engaging and exciting workplace.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Facilitate Scrum events (Daily Standup, Retrospective, Sprint Review, Planning)
- Facilitate Agile practice (Story Pointing, Backlog Grooming)
- Any scrum certification (PSM, CSM, SAFe)
- Knowledge on Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)Tools: Jira, RTC, Agile Central
- Experience on databases like DB2, Netezza
- Experience in Scheduling tools like Control-M
- Experience in Snowflake
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Customer Support Experience: Ability to manage internal event and site deliverables while maximizing satisfaction, particularly when not all needs are met.
