Your Role and Responsibilities
We are currently recruiting Project Manager-ADM (Salesforce and Sitecore) for a 1 year fixed term contract, based in Melbourne.

  • Oversee the delivery of IT services, ensuring they meet service level agreements (SLAs) and performance targets.
  • Manage and optimize IT service processes, including incident, problem, change, and request management.
  • Lead and develop a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct performance reviews, set objectives, and provide mentorship and training opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for service-related issues, collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs.
  • Communicate service performance metrics to stakeholders and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze service delivery processes to identify inefficiencies and implement best practices.
  • Develop and maintain ITIL-based processes to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on service performance, issues, and improvements to senior management.
  • Utilize data analytics to identify trends and inform decision-making.
  • Support the implementation of new IT services and enhancements, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Manage relationships with third-party service providers, ensuring compliance with contracts and service levels.
  • Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Required experienced, 10 years minimum experience in Service delivery
To ensure success in the role you will possess the following skills -
  • Experienced in SDLC, Project Management, AMS Delivery
  • Experience with an OO programming language like .Net, Phyton
  • Experienced in UNIX/ Linux shell programming
  • Experience in automation tools and cloud concepts
  • Salesforce, Sitecore, EAI and .Net exposure
