1. Project Planning & Execution
- Develop and manage Salesforce project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Define scope, objectives, and milestones in collaboration with IBM and client stakeholders.
- Oversee Salesforce implementations, migrations, and integrations.
- Ensure adherence to IBM's project management framework (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies).

- Act as the primary point of contact between IBM, the client, and Salesforce teams.
- Facilitate client meetings, status updates, and requirement discussions.
- Manage expectations, risks, and scope changes while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Lead Salesforce consultants, developers, architects, and business analysts.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and resolve roadblocks to keep the project on track.
- Foster collaboration between IBM teams, Salesforce partners, and client teams.
- Identify potential risks and roadblocks early in the project lifecycle.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation and contingency plans.
- Ensure compliance with IBM's quality and security standards.
- Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocations.
- Ensure optimal utilization of IBM's Salesforce-certified professionals.
- Manage project costs and report financials to IBM leadership and the client.
- Ensure Salesforce solutions align with client business needs and IBM's best practices.
- Work with Salesforce architects and developers to ensure technical feasibility.
- Stay updated on Salesforce innovations and recommend enhancements.
- Oversee Salesforce user training and adoption strategies.
- Ensure proper knowledge transfer and documentation for ongoing support.
- Monitor system performance and address any post-go-live issues.
Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
- +5 years of experience is Salesforce
- Salesforce expertise - Experience managing Salesforce implementations, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
- Strong communication & leadership - Ability to manage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Risk and change management - Skilled in handling project risks, escalations, and scope adjustments.
Preferred technical and professional experience
- Project management certifications - PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum (CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP) preferred.
- IBM methodologies - Familiarity with IBM's Cloud & AI strategy, industry frameworks, and delivery models.
