Your role and responsibilities
This role sits within our centralized PMO function, where you'll support key programs and provide operational support for critical business rhythms. You will:
• Ensure timely and on-scope delivery of programs while effectively managing risks and overcoming roadblocks.
• Identify opportunities to align projects with business priorities, leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions and drive performance improvements.

• Prioritize tasks strategically and escalate issues when necessary, using a data-driven approach to solve problems and make decisions.
• Proactively deepen technical knowledge as needed, applying insights into software architecture and development principles to guide project decisions.
• Navigate ambiguity by working closely with leadership to define clear, actionable plans, ensuring effective communication across both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to broader company goals by leading programs aligned with strategic objectives, driving continuous improvement in processes and team performance.
Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
• 4+ years of experience in project/program management or related fields.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget, while managing requirements, quality, risks, and critical path effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate project goals, updates, and changes, and align stakeholder expectations while fostering continuous improvement through feedback.
• Strong relationship management skills, with experience working effectively with customers, development teams, and executives to ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Proven track record of fostering cross-functional collaboration and breaking down silos, particularly in a SaaS environment.
• Proactive in identifying and addressing potential issues before they escalate, implementing corrective or preventive actions as needed.
• Expertise in risk assessment and mitigation, ensuring project success and minimizing disruptions to timelines and deliverables.
Preferred technical and professional experience
• Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud computing, and software development for effective collaboration with engineering teams.
• Technical expertise in design, tooling, and implementation discussions.
• Passion for adopting and implementing emerging technologies.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps frameworks and cloud tools (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Focus on engineering training, skills development, and growth opportunities.
• Knowledge of business operations and experience in engineering process implementation.
• Ability to develop systems thinking, business acumen (ROI, cost-benefit analysis), and make department-wide decisions.
