Your Role and Responsibilities
The Project Administrator role is responsible for maintaining daily activities of a typical project. This includes tracking team tasks, schedule as well as internal project processes.
Your responsibility :
- You'll be the go-to person for tracking and reporting the status of team tasks, making sure everything is on schedule.
- You'll help maintain access control, data security, and privacy protocols to keep the project running smoothly.
- You'll manage the onboarding and offboarding of team members, ensuring everyone is set up for success.
- You'll keep key project documents organized, including taking meeting minutes and capturing action items.
- You'll also get hands-on experience with tools like Jira or monday.com to streamline workflows and boost team productivity.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Education: You're a recent graduate or finishing up a degree in Project Management, IT, Business, or something similar.
- Tech Savvy: You're familiar with project management tools (bonus points for knowing Jira or monday.com).
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: You love staying organized and keeping track of details, deadlines, and documents.
- Communication Skills: You're confident in your ability to clearly report progress and coordinate with team members.
