Introduction

The individual in this role will oversee the management and execution of all activities related to the publication and delivery of customer learning assets. They will collaborate closely with training leaders to identify, fulfill, and communicate these learning assets effectively.

Your role and responsibilities

  1. Content Management:
    • Maintain metadata for diverse training materials, including course materials, instructor guides, presentations, videos, and labs, using multiple tools.
    • Ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with organizational goals and standards.
    • Modify existing content as needed for new offerings.

  • Oversee the production process, ensuring timely delivery of training materials.
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of training materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, licensing, and adherence to quality standards.
  • Communicate feedback to stakeholders to refine training content.
  • Maintain a system for tracking and documenting changes to training materials.
  • Communicate course retirement schedules and ensure corrective actions are taken.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with IT teams to optimize learning platforms.
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure training materials are delivered to appropriate platforms.
  • Plan and organize open enrollment processes and coordinate with training providers.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Partner with training leaders to identify and prioritize learning asset needs.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on project status and addressing concerns.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.


  • Required education

    Associate's Degree/College Diploma

    Preferred education

    Bachelor's Degree

    Required technical and professional expertise

    • Strong project management and organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
    • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Preferred technical and professional experience

    • Prior experience in curriculum development.
    • Desire to develop a career in the corporate learning environment.
    • Stay current with emerging training technologies and tools.
