Your Role and Responsibilities
As the Product Manager, your primary role will be to support the execution for UI framework requirements for Maximo Application Suite. The product management role in IBM includes managing the complete product lifecycle and guaranteeing both financial success and client satisfaction. Your leadership will be pivotal in aiding clients in digitally transforming their businesses. This requires collaborating with cross-functional teams and different business units.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in product management, preferably focusing on Enterprise Asset Management solutions
  • Proficient in product management principles, including market analysis, product roadmap development, feature prioritization, and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to understand customer needs, gather feedback, and incorporate customer insights into the development and enhancement of application modernization solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and articulate the value proposition of compilation technologies, communicate product requirements, and effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams, drive collaboration, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Experience working in an agile development environment.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Strong understanding of the Enterprise Asset Management market and trends
  • Knowledgeable in containerized software technologies like Red Hat OpenShift
  • Knowledgeable in modern UI frameworks such as REACT and IBM's open-source Carbon Design System
  • Experience in agile development practices and principles including tools such and aha! and Jira.
