Introduction
You are a key member of the Product Management / Product Success team.
In this role, you will develop and influence new go to market programs and commercial strategies
tied to Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM), that drive revenue growth and new client acquisitions.
IBM's ALM strategy is powered by Maximo Application Suite and includes multiple software offerings
such as Envizi and the Environmental Intelligence platform. You will be responsible for defining the
top use cases that drive business value leveraging the combined portfolio. This includes coordinating
business value assessments directly with customers and partners tied to those use cases. In
addition, this role will anticipate new opportunities tied to IBM cross product solutions to solve

complex customer problems. For example, how customers leveraging ALM can achieve reliable,
efficient, and sustainable Data Centers.
Your Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and influence competitive strategies that drive both revenue and market share for Maximo.
- An understanding of the existing MAS & Envizi install base, with a focus on how to effectively expand revenue through value driven strategies.
- Understand the methods for conducting Business Value Assessments (BVA) and coordinate/influence sessions directly with customers and partners.
- Engage across the teams that build, market, sell, and deliver IBM solutions and offerings, driving the ALM strategy.
- Become a spokesperson for the ALM strategy both internally and externally to IBM.
- Building both internal and client/partner facing materials and executing enablement sessions on specific topic areas with Sales, Technical Sales, Partners, and customers.
- Be recognized as a key resource and subject matter expert to work with Sales, Tech Sales, Marketing, and the broader PM teams to deliver portfolio level enablement and market execution.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 2 years experience in each of the following areas:
- Product Management or equivalent experience with asset management and critical infrastructure software.
- Direct client engagements with proven communication and presentation skills.
- Design thinking process and experience participating in design thinking workshops.
- Creation of value focused solutions across multiple software products and services, that drive business value.
- Strong organizational skills and proven ability to work in a multi-task environment.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- 3+ years of experience in each of the following:
- Product Management or equivalent experience with IBM Maximo Application Suite.
- Ownership for direct customer engagements where multiple software offerings are brought together to drive business value.
- Facilitation of Design Thinking Workshops both internally and directly with customers.
