Lead watsonx.ai product management, driving strategy, execution, and delivery of new features and capabilities.

Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to ensure fast-paced development cycles in an agile environment.

Serve as a key stakeholder in defining the product vision for watsonx.ai, aligning it with the broader goals of IBM to drive AI innovation and leadership.

Partner with customers and executives to gather feedback, understand market needs, and ensure that watsonx.ai is solving real enterprise challenges.

Ensure the product management team is consistently delivering high-impact, customer-focused solutions that align with IBM's AI strategy.

Lead strategic discussions with internal and external stakeholders, translating AI advancements into business value.

Drive competitive analysis and market research to identify new opportunities and position IBM at the forefront of the enterprise AI market.

Mentor and develop product managers, ensuring a culture of excellence, collaboration, and speed.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • AI Expertise: Strong technical background with a deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and Generative AI technologies. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business opportunities.
  • Market Insight: Deep knowledge of the AI and enterprise markets, with the ability to identify key trends and competitive opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience working directly with customers, executives, and cross-functional teams.
  • Customer-Focused: A proven ability to develop products that address customer pain points, delivering both business and technical value.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Executive Presence: Ability to represent IBM at the highest levels, including with external customers, partners, and industry leaders.
  • Proven Leadership Experience: Extensive experience in product management, with a demonstrated ability to lead senior teams in agile, fast-paced environments.
  • Results-Oriented: A track record of delivering impactful products to market quickly, without sacrificing quality.
