The Cloudability Product Management team is accountable to numerous stakeholders including customers, partners, engineering, sales, product marketing, and support, globally.
This PM will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and executing the strategy to deliver for our stakeholders. You'll have the vision, execute against it, and measure and analyze results every step of the way to ensure success, make data-informed decisions, and continuously improve your and the team's efforts.

Your Role and Responsibilities
As a key member of the IBM Cloudability Product Management team, you will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and executing our product strategy to meet the needs of our stakeholders. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our platform continues to deliver exceptional value for IT, finance, and DevOps teams.
What Will You Do?
- Lead the development of DevOps integration features by collaborating with engineering, documentation, and design teams.
- Facilitate discovery sessions with customers and stakeholders to uncover requirements and translate them into a prioritized engineering backlog of high-quality user stories.
- Act as a subject matter expert, consulting with sales engineers and peers on business use cases and feature behavior.
- Deliver presentations detailing the value proposition and technical stack of features, and collaborate with software architects to propose solutions.
- Work closely with developers to ensure alignment between developed features and acceptance criteria, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as needed.
- Use customer data and market research to inform and prioritize product functionality, balancing new features with improvements and technical debt on the product roadmap.
- Participate in product development life cycle phases, from discovery to delivery and launch, ensuring solutions meet customer needs and business objectives.
- Collaborate across teams (Delivery, Sales, Support, Marketing) to gather feedback, refine strategy, and ensure field teams have the necessary content to maximize feature utilization.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• Few years of technical software product management experience
• Possess strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to draw clarity out of complex and ever-changing environments.
• Has product management background with software integrations settings and familiar with modern DevOps pipeline tooling such as Ansible, Terraform, GitOps, Harness, AWS CloudFormation, Azure Pipelines.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
• Combine creative thinking and analytics to develop a deep understanding of Cloudability's business
• Experience with user data to make product recommendations for the roadmap to improve feature engagement.
• Understand the complexity of multiple stakeholders (our target personas) across the buyer journey and use that knowledge to created tailored programs
• Have solid organizational skills, be strategic in your thought processes, and structured in your execution.
