    Own a specific product area, steering growth and continuous improvement while embodying expertise in your product space.

    Foster an Agile team environment, maximizing productivity throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
  • Innovative Development:

    Drive innovative development with a roadmap centered on maximizing customer outcomes and minimizing technical debt.
  • Strategic Leadership:

    Lead your product's strategy by aligning multiple stakeholders, delivering valuable outcomes, and realizing the intended impact.
  • Strategic Partnerships:

    Establish strategic partnerships to amplify the value and reach of your product. Expand functionality and attract an adjacent customer base to drive continued success.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Championing the Voice of the Customer:

    Demonstrate a track record of championing the voice of the customer. Your approach includes conducting customer-driven usability studies and hypothesis-driven experimentation.
  • Passion and Curiosity for Innovation:

    Exhibit deep passion and curiosity, driven by a desire to create innovative solutions. Your decisions are informed by data-driven insights that fuel your commitment to transformative solutions.
  • Financial Acumen for Commercial Success:

    Showcase strong financial acumen, with an ability to develop a compelling product business case. Drive commercial success through a profound understanding of impacts to P&L and SaaS metrics such as LTV, CAC, and NRR.
  • End-to-End Product Development Expertise:

    Leverage your experience in driving product ownership and growth across the full product development lifecycle. Provide demonstrable examples of successful product discovery and launch.
  • Stakeholder Management:

    Prove your ability to effectively communicate and manage multiple stakeholder relationships. Rely on influence rather than authority to establish a shared product vision.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • A/B Testing and Funnel Metrics Mastery:

    Showcase experience in implementing A/B testing at scale, coupled with the ability to track and diagnose funnel metrics. Prove a proven record of generating substantial growth through analytics [INCLUDE AS REQUIRED FOR PLG ROLES].
  • Agile Product Management in Cloud Environments:

    Bring forth prior Product Management experience in an Agile development environment. Demonstrate a track record of driving significant product growth on a cloud-focused platform. Exposure to DevOps/GitOps solutions, and proficiency in AWS, Azure, GCP, and/or Kubernetes is essential for success.
