We're looking for an Entry-level Product Manager who is passionate about helping build the best Cloud native products in the industry, hands down. Successful Product Managers navigate customer outcomes, business impacts, and functional tradeoffs to deliver products and services. They work with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Technical Sales to identify market opportunities. Their communication style leaves team members feeling respected, heard, and understood.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Product Ownership and Growth: Own a specific product area, steering growth and continuous improvement while embodying expertise in your product space.

• Agile Team Facilitation: Foster an Agile team environment, maximizing productivity throughout the entire product development lifecycle.

• Innovative Development: Drive innovative development with a roadmap centered on maximizing customer outcomes and minimizing technical debt.

• Strategic Leadership: Lead your product's strategy by aligning multiple stakeholders, delivering valuable outcomes, and realizing the intended impact.

• Strategic Partnerships: Establish strategic partnerships to amplify the value and reach of your product. Expand functionality and attract an adjacent customer base to drive continued success.

Required education

High School Diploma/GED

Preferred education

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

  • 0 to 5 years experience in Product Management or equivalent practical experience building or deploying products in a Cloud based software organization
  • 0 to 5 years experience working in the Cloud or IT industry
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Ability to work from the offices in RTP

Preferred technical and professional experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering
  • Passion and desire to make the best products in the industry hands-down

For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
