We are looking for a passionate and results oriented Product Manager to join our Guardium data security software team. In this role you will define and execute a roadmap for data loss protection (DLP) / data access governance (DAG) capabilities. You will work in close collaboration with designers, architects, developers and other product managers and you will have proven product management experience, combined with established knowledge of the DLP / DAG, to drive new, innovative approaches to help customers protect sensitive data from current and emerging threats.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 3+ years of experience in software product management.
- 3+ years of experience with engaging with customers to understand their needs and use cases.
- Broad knowledge and experience with both structured and unstructured data repositories across both cloud and on-premises environments.
- Deep and thorough understanding of data access governance concepts and fine-grained database access control methods such as dynamic data masking and row level security.
- Ability to collaborate and partner well with other product managers to deliver on the team's IBM Guardium Data Security Center roadmap.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Understanding of Large Language Models (LLM) and their applications.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in creating and documenting detailed requirements.
- Growth minded, resourceful and effective problem solver.
