Your Role and Responsibilities
As the Product Manager, your primary role will be to own the strategy and execution of compilers and languages products IBM Z. This includes managing the complete product lifecycle and guaranteeing both financial success and client satisfaction. You'll be at the forefront of a significant transformation aimed at applicaiton modernization on IBM Z. Your leadership will be pivotal in aiding clients in digitally transforming their businesses. This requires collaborating with cross-functional teams and different business units.

• 5-9 years of software development & Product Management Experience
• Proficiency in product management principles, including market analysis, product roadmap development, feature prioritisation, and stakeholder management, is essential for effectively managing the testing portfolio.
• Understanding of Technologies Such as : AI methodologies, software development lifecycle, quality assurance
• processes, and relevant technologies, also experience with Programming Languages such as Java, C/C++, PL/1, Assembler, Ansible, Python, JavaScript, Typescript, Ruby, Rust, Swift, or Kotlin.
• Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams, drive collaboration, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate the value proposition of AIOps solutions,
• Communicate product requirements, and effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to understand customer needs, gather feedback, and incorporate customer
• insights into the development and enhancement of AIOps solutions to ensure
• customer satisfaction.
• Proficient project management skills to effectively plan, organize, and execute
• initiatives, manage resources, timelines, and budgets to achieve project goals"

• Prior experience with operations products and/or IBM Z software products is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI technologies is advantageous.
