Your Role and Responsibilities
IBM Product Managers deliver business results by bringing high-quality offerings to market by defining the strategy and execution plans while continuously innovating to achieve market leadership. Product Managers are experts at market and business analysis, offering definition, offering roadmap, pricing, ecosystem, channel strategy, strategic planning, competitive analysis, innovation and leading cross-functional teams. They manage the offering lifecycle from inception through growth, maturity, and end of life stages and define partnership and ecosystem strategy for offering execution. Product Managers maximize internal and external relationships interfacing with design, offering marketing, ecosystem partners, analysts, engineering, sales and services teams to deliver a successful offering with defined routes to market. They are experts in the field and are recognized as a credible voice in the market.

In this role, you will serve as a product manager building software, tools and processes for IBM Software product teams. This is a great role for an analytical professional looking to transition into product management through an insider view of the product management operations of IBM Software. You will be exposed to the entire suite of IBM Software products and drive projects that impact our performance at scale.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• Experience in Enterprise B2B, preferably SaaS organizations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, summarize and communicate business requirements, and effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams, drive collaboration, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, execution-focused, entrepreneurial environment.
• Interest in product management as a career path
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
• Experience in product management, preferably focusing on enterprise B2B SaaS products
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from concept to launch, professionally or outside work.
• Ability to understand customer needs, gather feedback, and incorporate customer insights into the development and enhancement of application modernization solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
