Your role and responsibilities
We are looking to grow our Process Mining Team as part of our Finance and Supply Chain Transformation. As part of Process Mining Team. you will drive successful implementations of Celonis technology in order to meet our customers transformational requirements, accelerate the time-to-value and drive measurable business outcomes. You will work as part of an agile, international and motivated team of Process Mining Consultants and Developers. We support Fortune 500 companies across various industries to help them drive their digital transformation with the power of process mining and the objective to achieve processes excellence across their organization To generate high-value use cases, you work closely with our customers and other Process Mining Consultants across the globe You perform data transformations, develop analyses and derive business cases for our clients as part of ongoing projects or in early stages of business development activities. You develop data-driven process insights and actions and implement the newest features and functionalities of the Celonis software, such as Process Automation, Task Mining and Machine Learning.
• Identify the best method for data collection, ensure the data quality, and work together with the stakeholders responsible for the data input to ensure we can correctly measure and track all necessary information.
• Set up data connections (Direct Connection / Flat files, etc) within Celonis environment
• Set up and maintain data models/structures that would be the basis for analysis and work closely with segment teams to generate Celonis Apps
• Set data dictionary and maintain data governance on the created structure
• Collaborate with IT system experts to ensure the IT systems are set up correctly to gather all relevant information and support the most effective data structures
• Maintain and extend existing Celonis data processing pipelines
• Responsible for the End-to-End Celonis implementation (Data Connection / Transformation / Ongoing developments)
• Designs process & company specific analysis and supports the initial value realization
• Transform / Configure the source data into Execution Management format through SQL/ETL methods
• Own data integration, data requirements, and data models that support analyses
• Configure KPIs in Celonis and create dashboards based on requirements
• Ensure technical specifications are aligned with both business needs and technical design standards
• Partner with external consultants, solution providers, and managed services organizations to enable product/solution development as well as meeting documented standards
• Interact with multiple organizations to track project progress, identify risks, communicate risks and status to leadership, and to assess potential impacts to the business.
• Generate ideas and suggestions for process and technical improvements for platforms and processes supported by the team
• Ensure platforms and tools meet or exceed data security standards, including internal and external audits performed
• Provide solution to client being Techno-functional expert
• Use strong verbal and written communication skills that non-technical business and end-users can understand.
• Develop best practices for solution and tool frameworks, leveraging standard naming conventions, scripting and coding practices to ensure consistency of data solution.

Required technical and professional expertise
• 3-6 years working experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement or a similar area
• B. Tech / M. Tech / Bachelor/Master in Computer Application.
• 3-6 years working experience with Process Mining Technology and in delivering Process Mining Projects (preferably leveraging Celonis)
• Successful studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration/ Economics, Mathematics or a comparable degree program
• Certified Celonis Solution Professional, Celonis Data Engineer / Implementation Professional or equivalent
• Strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with various customers
• Excellent analytical skills, well-organized and known for being a quick learner
• Knowledge of SQL or other programming languages (Python, R, Matlab...)
• Strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining and you seek continuous improvement of your know-how
• Ability to handle competing - oftentimes sudden - priorities flexibly and address each in an effective and timely manner in a fast-paced working environment
Preferred technical and professional experience
• Technical knowledge of SAP / Oracle and helpdesk ticketing tool (Servicenow, Salesforce, etc) will be of advantage
• Working experience in Celonis Views / Object Oriented Management
• Understand business processes (preferably Finance Processes such as AP, AR, OtC, PtP)
