Executar as atividades inerentes aos processos de Leitura e Faturamento para Clientes Residenciais, Comerciais, Industriais, e GNV na unidade IBM SAC de acordo com os procedimentos, regulamentos estabelecidos com o cliente para a quem o serviço é prestado. Deve ser garantido: elaboração e análises de relatórios, resposta a atendimento e suporte a outras unidades.

Conhecimentos intermediario de ferramentas de office (Excel, Power Point, Word).
