Your role and responsibilities
Continuously expands technical and competitive knowledge in one or more brand products and the application ofmodern IT architectures. • Understands client needs and can proactively influence client's decisions and improve depth and breadth of customertechnical capabilities. • Influences the clients' technology strategy and recommends solutions that bring maximum value of IBM products. • Leverages technical activities and accelerators to progress opportunities through hands-on selling. • Collaborates with other Digital Sales specialties and Business Partners to increase digital sales technical credibility atscale.
• Go-to product SME with technical ownership of sales opportunities. • Interlock with Digital Sales Specialists (DSS) on territory strategies. • Develop & maintain strong digital selling presence, use of digital platforms & techniques to demonstrate technicalsubject matter expertise. • Technical sales support for key programs, events and select client engagements during the pre-sales and post-salesprocess. • Positions the value and advantages of assigned specialty/brand products in comparison to the competition.
Responsible for keeping technical proficiency and product knowledge up to date • Lead/Manage Proof of Concept (POC) or Proof of Technology to progress opportunities • Augment Business Partner resources for specific opportunities where the partner is teaming with Digital Sales.

- Arabic and French speaker fluently is a must. English conversation is needed.
- Experience with technology solutions and a deep level of technical skills in the assigned specialty products.
- Technical expertise to demonstrate product capabilities during live events
- Experiential selling to value sell the technology in a compelling way; teach and challenge clients using a Show not Tell approach
- Personal branding to establish self as a subject matter expert in your field
- Digital communications to leverage the convergence of technology and messaging to reach clients and prospects
- Agility / adaptability to work as part of a cross functional team and able to adapt to changing markets/client needs
