Responsibilities
- Edit raw video to enhance the show's visual appeal and audience engagement, combining technical expertise with creative input.
- Organize and maintain raw and final video files in an accessible folder system.
- Design promotional materials, including episode cover art, social media assets and marketing visuals.
- Create social media cuts optimized for platforms like Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
- Maintain consistency with IBM brand guidelines across all visual content.
- Collaborate with the team to suggest creative edits and visual improvements to boost engagement.

Required technical and professional expertise
- Proven experience in video editing with proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Proven experience with hands-on visual effects and motion graphics.

- Creative storytelling ability and a collaborative mindset.
Preferred technical and professional experience
- Basic motion graphics experience (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
- Knowledge of exporting video for multiple platforms.
