Your Role and Responsibilities
- Test, analyze and suggest perfomance best practices in high volume data repositories under heavy loads, both read and update.
- Assist in troubleshooting performance issues encountered in production SaaS environments.
- Recommend performance improvements in tooling, sizing and tuning to optimize cost and efficiency.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- BS in Computer Science. 1-3 years of experience in large customer environments with 1 million + data base users.
- 1-3 years experience with DB2.
- 1-3 years experience with PostGreSQL
- 1-3 years experience with Redis
- 1-3 years experience with Kubernetes
- 1-3 years experience of core dumps including binaries and APM data
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Master degree in CS
- 3-5 years of experience in large customer environments with 1 million + data base users.
- 3-5 years experience with DB2.
- 3-5 years experience with PostGreSQL
