Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized individual to provide executive-level coordination and support for the Cloud Cross Portfolio Product Management team. As the primary point of contact for key meetings and initiatives, you will manage complex schedules, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions, while ensuring accurate sign-off from stakeholders. You will also be responsible for publishing strategic documents, such as roadmaps, and collaborating with product managers. This role requires exceptional communication, planning, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks, teams, and stakeholders across different time zones. Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 5+ years' experience in Product Management or equivalent practical experience in product management, sales, or marketing of products in a Cloud or Software organization.
- Understanding of product management lifecycle and practices
- Has a challenging mindset that will question processes and procedures and constantly strive to simplify and improve delivery and increase speed to market.
- Able to build broad relationships and coalitions across the organization and to align different stakeholder to a common goal and vision.
- Strong communicator able to manage a wide audience at all levels of the organization through delivering simple and business driven messages.
- Positive can-do mind-set that is undaunted by challenges and relishes fixing and improving processes
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Able to work autonomously and take balanced decisions.
- Track record of high-quality, self-directed, timely execution, and attention to detail.
- Ability to navigate and quickly understand IBM Cloud organization, roles, contacts and decision makers.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Slack, Microsoft Teams.
- Roadmap software experience (Aha!, Seismic).
