The Go to Market Product Manager, Technical Go to Market, partners with pre-sales and post-sales technical teams to define assets and training, and create those assets with product management and brand technical organizations, that are releveant to delivering a successful client experience every time.

Responsibilities:
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for partnering with technical teams such as Technical Sales, Support, and Technology Expert Labs, to scope, design, and deliver internal and external content to support the technical needs of our clients, including technical solutioning guidance, post-sales implementation guides, and troubleshooting content. You will define a prioritized content plan and ongoing management cycle; content templates and guidance to ensure a consistent, quality deliverable every time; work with technical product managers to create targeted content; vet content with stakeholders to ensure it meets the needs, by audience type; maintain and grow the library over time
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 5+ years' experience in a Technical Sales/Go to Market role or equivalent practical experience in outbound product management, sales, or marketing of products in a Cloud or Software as a Service organization, with focus on translating technical knowledge into practical guidance.
- Understanding of product management lifecycle and practices
- Has a challenging mindset that will question processes and procedures and constantly strive to simplify and improve delivery and increase speed to market.
- Able to work autonomously and take balanced decisions.
- Strong communicator able to manage a wide audience at all levels of the organization through delivering simple and business driven messages.
- Strong analytical and commercial skills with ability to bring these to bear in all decision making and use them to demonstrate impact on all intiatives that they lead.
- Positive can-do mind-set that is undaunted by challenges and relishes fixing and improving processes
- Good customer facing skills and able to manage client expectations.
- Able to build broad relationships and coalitions across the organization and to align different stakeholder to a common goal and vision.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience in high-level business discussions and low-level technical discussions.
- Understanding of cloud offering capabilities and security, compliance and regulatory landscape for IBM Cloud.
- Practical knowledge of GTM strategy and working with marketing and sales.
- Track record of high-quality, self-directed, timely execution, and attention to detail.
