As a Payroll Analyst, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the effective management of our payroll processes while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. We are searching for a dedicated professional who can lead with precision, optimize procedures, and uphold the highest standards of accuracy.

• Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions.
• Analyze payroll data and generate reports to support decision-making processes.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies regarding payroll operations.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide support and guidance to colleagues on payroll-related matters.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve payroll processes.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

What you will bring to the team:

  • Previous experience of 1 to 3 years in the entire process of personnel administration and payroll.
  • Fluent English skills - written and oral
  • Fluent Spanish skills - written and oral
  • Ability to work well under pressure.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Experience with the following are bonus points, but not necessary, you can learn them at IBM:

  • Deep knowledge of termination and general administration procedures plus labor law
  • Familiar with SAP, Workday, ADP software
  • Experience with time and absence management
  • Sense of innovation
