Your role and responsibilities
As a senior SAP Consultant, you will serve as a client-facing practitioner working collaboratively with clients to deliver high-quality solutions and be a trusted business advisor with deep understanding of SAP Accelerate delivery methodology or equivalent and associated work products. You will work on projects that assist clients in integrating strategy, process, technology, and information to enhance effectiveness, reduce costs, and improve profit and shareholder value. There are opportunities for you to acquire new skills, work across different disciplines, take on new challenges, and develop a comprehensive understanding of various industries. Your primary responsibilities include: Strategic SAP Solution Focus: Working across technical design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions for simplicity, amplification, and maintainability that meet client needs. Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Involvement in strategy development and solution implementation, leveraging your knowledge of SAP and working with the latest technologies.

Required technical and professional expertise
- Minimum 8 years of SAP experience in full E2E implementation programs, with at least 3 years focused on SAP HANA.
- Proven template roll-out experience, encompassing fit to standard workshops, cutover, and client engagement.
- Thorough understanding of production planning and execution processes.
- Hands-on SAP HANA skills in production planning and execution for process industries. This includes proficiency with Production Master Data (BOMs, resources, recipes, production versions), Process Order Management, Batch Management, MRP, and Inventory Management.
- Excellent communication skills in English. Proficiency in local Central and Eastern European (CEE) languages is required, while knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
- Previous experience in client-facing roles, effectively engaging with stakeholders from end-users to client country management.
- Demonstrated consulting skills.
- Experience collaborating with the development team to design and test integrations with external applications, such as demand planning or warehouse management solutions.
- Comprehensive understanding of the integration with FI and product costing

Preferred technical and professional experience
Familiarity with Cloud Computing Platforms: Including IBM Cloud, AWS, Microsoft Azure, and GCP. Knowledge of Agile methodologies: Hands on experience with project management methodologies like Agile,SCRUM,DAD.
Good communication skills in English (local CEE language skills and other languages a plus).
Exceptional client-facing, communication, and project management skills. Long running experience in client facing roles, engaging stakeholders ranging from end users to client country management.
Consulting mindset.
Experience working with development team to design and test localizations(WRICEFs).
Overall understanding of SD,FI, CO, CC, PC, PPC, ML and integration other modules.

Experience with legal and fiscal requirements in CEE countries
Industry experience consumer goods
Chartered accountant experience or working experience in financial reporting
Preferred In-depth understanding in few of below areas finance processes, particularly General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Bank Integration, VAT/Excise Duties, Asset Management, Statutory Reporting, and Month-End Processes
Experience with integration of solutions like BlueYonder, Infor, or comparable systems.
