Your Role and Responsibilities
As a consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM's offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.
You will work developing solutions that excel at user experience, style, performance, reliability and scalability to reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Build, automate and release solutions based on clients priorities and requirements.
- Explore and discover risks and resolving issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality and bring to the table potential solutions.
- Make sure that all integration solutions meet the client specifications and are delivered on time.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Workday HCM certification and also certified in Core and/or Advanced Compensation or Workday Benefit .
- Competence and relevant experience in leading workshops for WD Core and/or Advanced Compensation or WD Benefit Workday modules in at least 1 project.
- 2+year experience in end-to-end implementation of Core and/or Advanced Compensation module for American, European and/or APAC customer businesses is preferred
- Identify Business Requirement for Compensation work stream and align them to Workday, driving towards decisions and recommending best practices in all phases of the Project.
- Advise clients on industry standards for Compensation process areas in order to provide suggestions, drive decision and recommend best practices in all phases of the project
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Use consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively implement the functionality into the client's business environment in order to achieve client expected business results.
- Work with the client and data migration team to help convert legacy Compensation data into Workday.
- Support project team for successful delivery of the client's business requirements through all phases of the implementation.
