Your Role and Responsibilities
Helps clients determine business issues and recommends organization change strategy specific to SAP solution implementation. Consultant uses in-depth consulting skills and business knowledge aligned to business objectives, processes, measurements and tools to insure the adoption of new processes and procedures in support of an SAP solution.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
2+YOE -Change Management Strategy and Planning experience, proven experience on Leadership Program (Enivisio Studio), Archetypes or Personas Session (to define & implement risk mitigation plans), Journey Maps, Communication Plan, Organizational Impact Analysis, Stakeholder Map, Change Agent Network, Training Strategy, Training Plan, Training Report.
At least two projects working as a OCM Consultant co-responsible for all Organization Change Deliverables

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
SAP S4HANA Implementations, SAP ECC Implementation, Preferred experience on Transformation Programs
