Your Role and Responsibilities
IBM's Oracle business is growing rapidly, and we are looking for new leaders to drive this growth.
The specialized Oracle EPM Cloud Consultant works with project teams and client stakeholders to implement cloud computing solutions using Oracle Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) products. You must also have management experience in a range of projects, preferably in Cloud-based technologies, combined with practical experience in the configuration of principal EPM processes. Your experience includes, among others, leading workshops, generating product and service deliverables, configuring applications, performing complete tests for successful production deployment and providing advice on best practices for commercial processes. The key to success is the ability to work with teams whose members are dispersed worldwide and the know-how to deal with different time zones and cultures.

Primary responsibilities include:
- Lead the functional design, configuration, and testing of Oracle Cloud EPM solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Develop and maintain functional documentation, including business process flows, system requirements, and user guides.
- Provide functional leadership and guidance to the implementation team, ensuring project milestones are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Conduct train the trainer and support end user training to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle Cloud EPM features and best practices, and provide recommendations for system enhancements.
- Manage relationships with Oracle and other external vendors to ensure timely resolution of issues and delivery of project milestones.
- Provide business support services and leads exploration workshops.
- Lead workshops on EPM processes as well as requirement gathering sessions and assists clients in defining pertinent processes.
- Analyze EPM requirements and develops effective configuration solutions.
- Guide and document EPM processes and relevant requirements and obtains acceptance to ensure the client aligns with the proposed solution.
- We are hiring in major cities across Canada. Candidates considered for a Quebec position must be fluent in French.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Proven experience as an Oracle Cloud EPM Functional Lead or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud EPM modules, including Profitability & Cost Management, Financial Consolidation & Close, and Account Reconciliation
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools.
- Oracle Cloud EPM certification is a plus.
- 5 years experience in completing two deployments of a full lifecycle of the Oracle EPM Cloud suite.
- 5 years or more of relevant business and industry experience
- Fluent in English (French fluent, if in Quebec)
