Your Role and Responsibilities
• Manage the Order Management (software and SaaS) portfolio offering management charter in alignment with the Sterling Supply Chain organization's broader strategy, identifying areas for improvement and allocating resources for optimal ROI.
• Lead cross functional OT (Marketing, Design and Development, sales, etc. ) to understand leading indicators of industry trends and market shifts and collaboratively discover, design, and deliver impactful solutions and messaging that set us apart in a crowded market.

• Define Go-To-Market strategies across sales channels and vertical markets to build sales pipeline to achieve fiscal year revenue objectives.
• Define strategy templates and blueprints for product launches and campaigns across for cross-functional teams to execute sales, marketing and support efforts.
• Strategically prioritize product investments within the portfolio, informed by relative performance and strategic considerations and justified with strong business case and ROI.
• Apply market intelligence and P&L analysis against product investments to establish priority and highest revenue opportunities.
• Act as a leading evangelist to clients, analysts and other IBM units.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• Strong understanding of Offering Management, Design Thinking, and Pragmatic Marketing frameworks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Order Management and Supply Chain practices
• Ability to prioritize according to strategic business goals
• Experience with multiple product delivery models: SaaS, Premise, Hybrid Cloud
• Understand market trends and competition

Successful candidates will be strong leaders who can prioritize well, communicate clearly, and have a consistent track record of delivery. They will enjoy diving deep into issues, discovering root causes, and being part of a team that builds innovative long-term solutions. They will have a strong understanding of business impacts (such as customer acquisition costs) of design decisions.
