Your Responsibilities Include:
  • Perform all activities necessary to maintain day to day operations of the program/product offices.
  • Manage facilities to include space, furniture and office supplies. Oversee the back office helpdesk and desktop support.
  • Manage the distribution and maintenance of office automation hardware and software to include laptops, tablets, cell phones, desk phones, printers, VTC equipment, etc.
  • Receive, distribute, track and report on formal tasks using the Task Management Tool.
  • Provide leadership to administrative, strategic communications, on/off boarding of workforce.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• Minimum 2 + years relevant experience
• Proficiency in MS Office products including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project and Teams
• Excellent verbal communications skills
• Secret level security clearance required
