Your Role and Responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to MuleSoft, including but not limited to, API connectivity, data transformation, and workflows.
Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve software defects.
Create and maintain technical documentation to assist customers and internal teams.
Rotating work schedule, which involves working 5 days a week with the possibility of including weekends (Saturdays and Sundays

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
experience working with MuleSoft.
Strong understanding of MuleSoft architecture and components.
Experience with MuleSoft development, including APIs, connectors, flows, and routers.
Manages APIs and integrations with MuleSoft Anypoint platform
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, SOAP, and other web services protocols.
Fair knowledge of Integration patterns and MuleSoft Cloud.
Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
Experience with Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Experience with MuleSoft CloudHub and other cloud implementations.
    Knowledge in monitoring and API management tools.
    MuleSoft certification (MuleSoft Certified Developer).
    Advanced scripting skills for automation (e.g. Python or Shell).
    Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
    Experience in agile methodologies and technical project management.
