Your Role and Responsibilities
Introduction:
IBM Solution Architects partner with our Software and Services Sellers and engage our clients on key initiatives. You will have the opportunity to build an in-depth understanding of our client's business issues and define solutions to implement organizational strategies that drive adoption of change. We are looking for experts who can build credibility and trust with our clients and provide knowledge that addresses individual and unique business needs.

Key to the role:
• Use consulting skills, business knowledge, and solution expertise to effectively design packaged technology in a client business environment in order to achieve client expected business results
• Lead working sessions to understand client business requirements
• Work closely with client stakeholders to define and document client specific business needs and requirements
• Develop and deliver project Budget and Planning Estimate (BPE), Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and other required estimates in support of the client contract process
• Provide subject matter expertise regarding key business decisions related to industry and/or functional area

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• At least 5 years of experience working with IBM Maximo solutions
• At least 5 years of experience as a consultant in a client environment
• At least 5 years of experience serving as a leading participant in business process workshops and presenting processes/links to solution
• At least 5 years of experience with full life cycle solution implementations including requirements, configuration and testing
• At least 5 years of experience with post implementation support (i.e. security administration, configuration issues, etc)

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
• Asset Management Skills: asset life-cycle, work management, procurement, contracts and storerooms. Maximo Application Server experience. Redhat Open shift
• Openshift Containerization, Asset Management, Mobile Asset Management
• Energy and Utilities experience
