For our in-job master's program, we are looking for highly-motivated students from Information Technology, Natural Sciences, Engineering or Mathematics courses. If you like to work in a team, work solution oriented and have good analytical skills and last but not least love to be challenged and learn something new every day then we are looking forward to receiving your application.

You will join a team of technical specialists responsible for technical and strategic work with IBM's largest clients. You will get insights into activities driving and implementing IBM's latest technologies in real-life client situations as well as have the opportunity to learn about the latest developments in technology evolution.

Key Responsibilities:
You will be contributing to the team success by engaging in selected projects or activities as well as helping organize events and meetings. For this you will be collaborating with the most senior specialists and architects. You will also contribute to activities run by IBM's student community and work with peers of yours

What you bring:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field
• Deep passion for technology and innovative software solutions related to artificial intelligence and data science.
• Self-motivated and independent, with a knack for solving problems and embracing new challenges.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer-oriented skills.
• Passionate about new technologies in the field of Data & AI and how they can provide business value to clients
• Comes with a sales mindset and is keen to learn how to build compelling value propositions for clients

This job is only for candidates who will have finished their Bachelor studies by September 2025 (or earlier) and plan to start with a Master's Degree in autumn 2025 (Swiss university/university of applied sciences, study course of your choice).

What does Master@IBM offer you?

Within the scope of the 2-3 year Master@IBM program, we offer valuable professional experience in the area of a technical department, which you will gain in parallel to your studies. You can complete the master study course at a university (or university of applied sciences) of your choice. The duration of studies depends on the respective university and is between two and three years. The volume of work allows you to focus sufficiently on your master's degree. Nevertheless, you can expect challenging assignments in a team-oriented and dynamic environment as well as many opportunities for active co-determination. You will also write your master's thesis in collaboration with your department.
