Your Role and Responsibilities
Create and maintain vendor master data records in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of vendor information, including contact details, payment terms, tax information, and compliance documentation.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Review vendor requests for new vendor setups, updates, and changes, and process them in a timely manner.

Coordinate with internal departments, including procurement, accounts payable, and finance, to ensure alignment on vendor data requirements.
Collaborate with vendors to obtain and verify necessary documentation for compliance purposes.
Assist in the development and implementation of vendor master data management processes and best practices.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field.
0-1 years of experience in vendor master data management or related field.
Proficiency in using ERP systems, with experience in vendor master data maintenance preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with procurement processes and vendor compliance requirements is a plus.
Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices is preferred.
