Your Role and Responsibilities
- Serve as the internal advocate for Manta within IBM, interfacing with sales, marketing, and support teams to champion the product.
- Conduct product demos, training sessions, and enablement activities for internal teams to enhance their understanding and ability to sell and support Manta.
- Develop and maintain deep expertise in key use cases for Manta, focusing on lineage for regulatory compliance and other strategic areas.
- Engage with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to understand how Manta is being used and gather feedback for continuous product improvement.
- Analyze customer feedback and usage data to make actionable recommendations for optimizing the product and enhancing user experience.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to understand market needs, prioritize feature requests, and develop tailored demos and enablement materials.
- Drive product awareness and adoption by creating and delivering compelling presentations and materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive offerings to ensure Manta's product remains at the forefront of the market.
- Provide regular updates to the leadership team on product usage trends, customer feedback, and recommendations for product enhancements.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Minimum of 2 years of product management experience, with a focus on internal advocacy, customer engagement, or use case specialization.
- Experience in regulatory compliance, particularly in relation to data lineage, metadata management, or data governance.
- Strong command of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience in understanding customer use cases and translating them into actionable product improvements.
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, support, and product development teams.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver engaging product demos and training sessions.
- Knowledge of data management concepts and familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements in various industries.
- Bachelor's degree required
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience in the metadata and analytics marketplace, with a deep understanding of data governance use cases.
- Familiarity with data catalog tools and technologies, such as IBM Knowledge Catalog.
- Previous experience in a sales enablement or product marketing role.
