In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Your role and responsibilities
Como Líder Técnico, serás el punto de referencia para los equipos de desarrollo, proporcionando dirección técnica, llevando a cabo la implementación de funcionalidades complejas y asegurando que se cumplan los estándares de calidad y buenas prácticas. Trabajarás de manera cercana con arquitectos de software, product owners y equipos multidisciplinarios para alinear los desarrollos con la visión del producto y la arquitectura definida.
Responsabilidades Principales:
- Liderar la implementación de funcionalidades de alta complejidad en frontend y backend, asegurando la calidad y el cumplimiento de estándares.
- Guiar y acompañar a los desarrolladores en la solución de problemas técnicos, promoviendo las mejores prácticas de codificación en Java y TypeScript.
- Coordinar esfuerzos de desarrollo con equipos multidisciplinarios (diseño, QA, DevOps, etc.) para asegurar la entrega continua y la integración efectiva.
- Trabajar con metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban u otras) para asegurar la eficiencia y flexibilidad en la entrega de valor.
- Brindar coaching y mentoría a los miembros del equipo, impulsando su crecimiento profesional y fomentando un ambiente colaborativo.
- Participar en el refinamiento de requerimientos funcionales en conjunto con los product owners, asegurando un entendimiento claro y alineación con los objetivos de negocio.
- Documentación de requerimientos no funcionales a partir de la sesiones de refinamiento funcional
- Promover la optimización y mejora continua de los procesos de desarrollo, calidad y despliegue.

- Grado en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Informática o afines (deseable contar con certificaciones en desarrollo de software).
- Mínimo 3-5 años de experiencia liderando equipos técnicos de desarrollo de software.
- Sólido dominio en desarrollo frontend y backend (Java, TypeScript, APIs REST, WebSocket, GraphQLetc.).
- Experiencia en proyectos o programas basados en frameworks ágiles.
- Capacidad de entender requerimientos funcionales y negociar soluciones con product owners.
- Fuerte orientación a la resolución de problemas y resultados.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, liderazgo y organización de equipos.
- Capacidad de trabajar bajo presión y priorizar objetivos.
