Your role and responsibilities

As a Leadership and Industry Consultant supporting IBM Canada's Education sector clients, you will be responsible for managing and executing Education sector organization consulting, optimization, and strategic planning engagements. Knowledge of ERP implementation strategy is necessary. Familiarity with security best practice, AI and the ability to understand and communicate technical solutions is an asset.

Excellent organization and communication skills, both written and oral, are an integral part of this position and the candidate must be adept at delivering customer presentations and overseeing meetings involving C level clients.

This role falls within the IBM Canada Technology Lifecycle Services team. Client engagements are supported in both a remote/virtual and customer onsite capacity. Candidate must reside within Canada, applicants residing outside of Canada will not be reviewed or contacted.

Required technical and professional expertise

  • Post Secondary Degree/Diploma/Certification(s).
  • 5-10 year's experience supporting Canadian Education sector consulting engagements, with focus on K-12.
  • Knowledge of ERP implementation strategy.
  • Excellent Written and Oral Communication, Meeting Facilitation and Customer Presentation skills.
  • English speaking. Residing in Canada.

Preferred technical and professional experience

  • Familiarity with AI and capable technical aptitude is an asset, but not mandatory and security best practices.
