Introduction
Our AIOps Development & Support team is looking for you to join us as a L3 Support/Development Engineer in the Dublin, Ireland office.
This position provides the opportunity to work in a high growth area in the Hybrid Cloud Management and Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations organization.
L3 job role is specialized role that combines support and development role, requiring expert-level knowledge to tackle complex issues related to system architecture, network configurations, or advanced software/hardware troubleshooting, often involving root cause analysis and deep understanding of the product and design, code, test, and provide industry-leading solutions.
Your role and responsibilities
Engineers in this role debug reported problems, design, develop and unit test code fixes. They use Java and JavaScript in prominently in Linux environment.

Primary role as a L3 support-Dev Specialists:
• Debug reported problems, design, and develop fixes and enhancements.

Required technical and professional expertise
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent with at least 3 years hands-on experience as a Java development engineer.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills on Linux, Web Services, Cloud (Kubernetes) env.
• Solid recent experience in development and troubleshooting Java and Java Script.
